One of the advantages of mediation is the cost savings. At RMC, we are flexible in terms of a fee structure. There are a number of possibilities that are discussed with the individual parties to come up with a budget. Some options of cost structures include:

Fixed Fee

Fixed fee for the matter, from start to finish, based on estimate of time and complexity.

Hourly Fee

Fixed fee per billable hour, total cost based on total hours billed from start to finish.

Day Fee

Fixed fee per day, total cost based on total days billed from start to finish.
