Ms Franca Ciambella is the principal senior mediator at Raffles Mediation Chambers Ltd. and has been acting as a mediator for over 20 years. She was trained originally in Canada, then with the Singapore Mediation Centre and the ADR Group in London, U.K. She is on the panel of mediators at the United Nations WIPO as well as the Nigeria Copyright Commission. Her mediations are in areas of contracts, corporate and commercial matters, payments, technology, fintech and intellectual property disputes as well as cross border business matters. Franca is Canadian, a Naija wife and based in Lagos.
